Current policy
One non-exclusive licence covers one named production website, its approved www alias, and one recorded staging hostname.
The runtime is perpetual for the installed compatible version on that domain. Support, updates, and vendor hosting are separate annual entitlements.
Same-domain hosting migration and controlled recovery are supported. Changing the production domain requires a new paid site licence.
Customer-authored content and uploaded media remain the customer’s. The reusable platform core remains vendor-owned; third-party notices remain intact.

Version: commercial-2026-08-14. The final selling entity, business address, governing law, controller contact, retention periods, and infrastructure appendix are intentionally not guessed.
