Current policy
Framewell is licensed for one named production domain with an approved alias and staging hostname.
The installed compatible version may continue operating on that same domain. Annual renewal controls newer downloads and the services included with the selected plan.
Customers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, remove, or circumvent product protection. A different production domain requires a new licence.
Managed support excludes unlimited customization, content work, third-party charges, and destructive recovery unless separately agreed.
Document status
Version: commercial-2026-08-14. The final selling entity, business address, governing law, controller contact, retention periods, and infrastructure appendix are intentionally not guessed.
