Current policy
The Vendor Portal stores account, order, domain, payment-status, licence, download, and support records required to deliver the service.
Payment card details are processed by the enabled payment provider and are not collected by Framewell.
Activation sends only the code, normalized hostname, installation identifier, and compatibility metadata. Customer website content and database credentials are not sent.
Production publication requires the selling entity, controller contact, jurisdiction, retention schedule, and appropriate legal review.
Document status
Version: commercial-2026-08-14. The final selling entity, business address, governing law, controller contact, retention periods, and infrastructure appendix are intentionally not guessed.
